  1. Responsibilities : Collaborate with channel-specific markers (display advertising, search, email, social media, etc.) in order to optimize each conversion path. Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate and increase funnel marketing efficiencies. Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher. Past experience with Google web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Proven track record of functional expertise in the area of marketing analytics, data science, or advanced modeling to drive business growth. Strong consumer centric approach to insights, need state identification and proven ability to translate this knowledge into products that meet consumer's needs today and in the future. Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or jQuery is an advantage Highly proactive and solution-oriented, a team player and self-starter Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Google Analytics Certification must Intermediate to advanced knowledge and implementation of Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Firebase, Google Data Studio will be an advantage Experience in an Ecommerce environment is an advantage
